Education - BE/B Tech in Mech/ Automobile

Automobile Domain

Please find the job description as below –
- Good understanding of mechanism parts related to automotive domain
- Should be good at working on mechanism concept design using Catia V5
- Good understanding of kinematics and basic design calculations for example leverages, etc.
- Working knowledge in DFMEA/DFM/testing etc.
- Detailed understanding of DMU check, 2D drawing preparation and PLM release activities
- Experience in giving styling feedbacks for different CAS levels
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements especially pertaining to mechanism parts
- Experience in working with suppliers

Key Skills:
- Latch- hood latch/ door latch
- Tailgate/ gas balancer
- Window Regulator/ Window Winding Mechanism
- Handle
- Door Check/ Check Strap

Primarily Skill: Knowledge of Automotive mechanisms, Catia V5 - Surface & Part modeling, Kinematics, Drawing & 3D annotation, Data management in PLM - TCE, Manufacturing Knowledge

Secondary Skill: Knowledge of Regulatory standards
